Our area is similar to the Alsace region of France so the Bacchus & Reichensteiner grape which are capable of producing high quality & very fruity aromatic wines are used. These grapes are hand-picked then fermented in cool, stainless steel vats to produce a soft, clean finish with a fruity aroma.
