Their fabulous chocolates are hand made in Somerset. They are made with the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate. The dark is 53% though this may seem fairly low it is a delightful and manageable taste without the bitterness you would get from say a 70% dark chocolate. The White is 28% and yummy. Once the stunning designs have been created it is over to the factory floor where all the chocolates are made by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail. With the ever changing and updating of designs it is a constant process of moving forward.
