Fire Foods are a family business from Grantham Lincolnshire, everything they sell is homemade using only the finest ingredients. They are a little different from most as They only use fresh fruit juice and fruits in their sauces!
Fire Foods also don't skimp on the chillis. Their passion for chillis has grown beyond all proportion, their life is just chilli chilli chilli. They have a poly tunnel in their garden and grow a few hundred plants every year, not enough to sustain us but they do hope one day to have a small holding and grow everything they use.
You will find Fire Foods as a range of products quite hot, although they do have a few mild products, but even the mild is hotter than most, the mission is to create hot products bursting with flavour, its all about finding the right balance, not just adding things to your dinner that just make it so hot you can't taste it
