Fresh from our farms in the Yorkshire Dales our London market stalls offer all the traditional cuts of lamb, pork, beef and mutton. If you want special cuts of meat not on display, the butchery team will be more than happy to oblige. If you visit the market on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday you will see our butchers in action breaking down the carcass to the cut you want , showing the link between the animal in the field and the food on our plates.
