British inspired cakes, sandwiches, breakfasts and salads. We decided to focus on British flavours and British suppliers because they produce brilliant flavours. We have resurrected dome old fashion British favourites like the good old eccles cake and victoria sponge. Our smoked ham is from Essex, cheddar is Quickes with beer mustard, and our bread comes from Coombe Farm in Somerset. Our salt beef is from Devon and our bacon is British, our eggs are free range and our jams are from England Preserves and our pear adn date relish from Cumbria.
