Lovely soft drinks are made from elderflowers, pressed apples, fresh ginger and English herbs and flowers.  They are made and bottled in Barrow Gurney, which is just outside Bristol in England's West Country. The people at Lovely have a bit of a thing about elderflowers (partly because they have so many in the garden!) so they put them in most drinks.

They try to use ingredients sourced within Somerset or the Bristol area. If they can't find stuff locally they do their best to source them from within the UK - for example, at Lovley they use sugar from UK-grown beet. Some ingredients are organic but where they come from is more important. They make everything from scratch and never use concentrates.
